I just typed this really great blog about our insatiable appetites for information and how humanity's quest for knowledge does not follow the same life cycle as everything else in existence. Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on how you look at it, I accidentally deleted it before I could post. Fuck.

Instead, my dearest reader, I'll leave you with a different piece of thought.

Ever wonder what happens to things you lose? I used to have this really cool collection of GI Joes. What happened to them? I know that they were sold in a garage sale some twelve years ago, but then what? Some kid played with my GI Joes for a bit and then either sold them or threw them away. If he sold them, then some other kid has them. If he threw them away, then their little plastic bodies have started the horrendously long process of bio-degradation inherent to plastics. Seriously though, doesn't it seem that when you lose something it simply vanishes from existence? Do my GI Joes even exist anymore? I can't see them. Don't know where they are either. I couldn't even track the fuckers down to save my life. The kid, or landfill, that has them now has no idea that those plastic soldiers once belonged to an editor of JustinSpeak. That platoon of Joes and cell of Cobra are gone. It is that simple. They have been reduced to a wave of possibility meandering through the quantum field. Want to know what really mind fucks me? My fleshy human body is going to be dead and decomposed long before the plastic bodies of my toy soldiers. No bullshit, plastics can take up to 450 years to completely degrade.

So the smart money says my GI Joes are still in active combat, somewhere.

No More Procrastination Without Castration

Today I am going to get all high and mighty on a Mr. Jake Goldenflame, a recovering sex offender that CNN interviewed this morning. This guy served ONLY 5 years for two counts of child molestation and is now pitching his website and his book on making the general public aware of the issues facing sex offenders. The reason this worthless shit piece was on CNN was because some pedophile in Florida got so distressed over the fliers posted in his neighborhood with his picture and the words "known sex offender" on it that he killed himself. Now Goldenflame is trying to inform people of the issues sex offenders face getting back into society.

CNN should be ashamed of themselves letting some sick fuck promote his website and his book. Mr. Goldenflame's book and website attempts to get people, and I use that word with great trepidation, who are convicted rapists to make sure they register and help themselves get reacquainted with society. You know what? Fuck him and fuck the rest of those people. I don't want you in my society Mr. Sex Offender. In fact, follow the example of this guy in Florida and get rid of yourself.

It is disgusting how this Goldenflame character is appearing on CNN, FOX, Oprah, etc. He isn't an "authority", he isn't some beacon of hope, he is a sick fuck that should have his own dick shoved down his throat. I cannot believe that a guy that fucked his own daughter is even allowed to live, much less appear on talk shows to sell his book (seriously, his daughter was one of his victims). Besides, I don't care how "recovered" you are, think of the poor kids whose lives have been RUINED by you and the people like you!

Everyone does deserve forgiveness, to a point. If someone accidentally killed my dog, and it really was an accident, then of course they deserve forgiveness. You could even make a case that most cases of involuntary manslaughter are very worthy of forgiveness. Accidents do indeed happen right? However, in pedophilia cases, there are no accidents. If you rape someone, then your genitals should be burned off and you should have to live the rest of your life in a jail cell the size of a porta-john.

Sorry for cussing so much, but in case you couldn't tell, this really bothers me. What do you think? By the way, please don't be afraid to disagree with me if you have a valid argument.
